Cardio: at Fit, we believe that managing your assets is a marathon, not a sprint. We do all the legwork involved with evaluating your property and making recommendations about competitive pricing in the market. We then advertise your property on more than 30 syndicated websites, with quality photos and compliant descriptions.
Once we receive inquiries about your rental home, Fit facilitates property tours and conducts thorough third-party criminal/credit background screenings, to avoid discrimination and ensure that all applicants qualify under consistent Fair Housing guidelines. When an applicant is approved, we collect the security deposit and secure it a federally insured depository institution, generate the legal lease documents and require that utility transfers, pet screenings and liability insurance information are provided. We set tenants up with an online portal for payments, maintenance requests and correspondence, and then we facilitate the move-in/move-out process from start to finish!
Weights: as a property management firm, Fit makes the exercise of property management easy-by collecting rents, filing evictions for non-payment (or other lease violations), submitting delinquent accounts to a reputable collection agency and processing security deposit transactions after move-out. In addition to individual property accounting, we follow stringent best practices in all owner-related financial accounting transactions by issuing monthly invoices/payments and year-end reports to property owners in a timely manner.
At Fit, we understand the importance of maintaining the investment of property owners, so we do all the heavy lifting. We have established relationships with local licensed and insured contractors, to ensure quality services for the property.
