Meet Andie Taylor

Having grown up in a military family and moving many times throughout my childhood, my passion for the real estate market began at an early age. I would pour over the MLS sheets (no internet back then) perusing square footage and school districts, lot sizes and parking spaces.

Most of all, I remember the personalized assistance we received from several phenomenal agents that took the time to make sure our family settled into our new home, without shedding too many tears over moving away from friends and familiarity. That relational approach afforded our parents, the clients, the opportunity to focus on finding the right house and getting us settled into our new environments with as little stress as possible.

This is the experience I strive to provide to each of my clients. In every transaction, I remain dedicated to making sure that everyone involved in the buying or selling process feels cared for and listened to. Andie serves the North Carolina real estate market from Charlotte to Lake Norman to Hickory and has been doing so for over ten years. As the owner and broker in charge of Fit Realty, located in Denver, NC, she strives to be ahead of her game with all development coming to the area. Andie serves on various local boards – from Sally’s YMCA to the Denver/Lake Norman Rotary Club Foundation she is dedicated to being an activist for all things health and wellness. She is involved with the community as an active member in the East Lincoln Area Council, Lincolnton/Lincoln County Chamber of Commerce, ELBA (East Lincoln Betterment Association as well as a sponsor for events like Denver Days, Sailview 5K and Sally’s Y Mission Miles and youth sports teams. “There is no greater gift than being able to give back to a community that has given so much to me”. About Me

Growing up on a farm in the Lake Norman area since the age of six, I've developed a deep, lifelong connection to this community. While I was born in Charlotte, North Carolina, Lake Norman and surrounding areas have always been home. I bring a unique perspective to my real estate career, grounded by my academic background from East Carolina University, where I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Business. My passion for real estate is practically hereditary; I've always loved looking at houses alongside my mother, who is a 20+ year broker. I am excited to combine my local knowledge, compassion and genuine enthusiasm to help others find their perfect “Fit” in the area I call home.

Cynthia Hovis

About Me

My goal is to build lasting relationships with clients by providing the very best care, personalized service, and expertise possible. Cindy became a real estate broker after a 20+ year career in Human Resources Management, where I specialized in employee relations and leadership skills development. My career designations include PHR (Professional in Human Resources), and SHRM-CP (Society of Human Resources Certified Professional).

After my children were grown, she enrolled in a full-time curriculum at Montreat College while working full time, and graduated with honors with a Bachelors in Business Administration Degree in four years. During my many years in Human Resources, I worked very hard to develop a keen ability to relate to and empathize with others at every level, as well as exhibit patience in dealing with difficult situations. These traits are easily transferred to the world of real estate along with my organizational skills, knowledge of the mortgage industry and decorating/staging skills. I received my broker’s license in 2016.

The mother of two, and married for over 35 years, My husband, Roger, and I moved to Denver, NC in 2014 where we enjoy country-living with our two Aussiedoodles, Remi and Ruger. The four of us love camping and spending time out of doors, spending as much time as possible enjoying the beauty of America on our Harley-Davidson, and traveling in (and showing) our two antique vehicles – a 1972 Corvette Stingray and a 1973 Volkswagen Beetle – both of which we have spent numerous hours restoring ourselves.

I believe strongly in family, faith and community. In that capacity, I am highly involved in my church, and have been involved with the Helping Animals to Survive (HATS) organization in Denver. The goal of HATS is to help lost and abandoned animals to find forever homes through adoption, fostering and transport. Additionally, I am involved with Lincoln County Christian Ministries in delivering food and good will to shut-ins, the Lincoln County Coalition Against Child Abuse and the North Mecklenburg Women’s Club. The North Mecklenburg Women’s Club organization is over 108 years old, a group of philanthropic women that is dedicated to raising funds to help women and children in our local communities in a variety of ways.
