You’re approved for financing, now the fun begins: you and your phenomenal agent can now start looking for the perfect fit! Save time by utilizing MLS and other websites to conveniently and efficiently find homes that work within your preferred location and price range. Then, your phenomenal agent can conduct more thorough research and schedule times to view your favorites, sparing you the hassle of driving around aimlessly!

You’ve found “the one”, it’s time to take action: you’re already pre-qualified, so that puts you ahead of the game! When negotiations are complete, the due-diligence process gets underway. This is the “investigative” step to ensure your new home is everything you’ve dreamt of (and not a house of horrors). Your phenomenal agent will walk you through the process and arrange for inspections, surveys, needed repairs, and anything else required by your lender for final purchase approval. Then it’s off to the attorney to finalize the deal and move into your “Home Sweet Home”!
